Does the Hub of the Universe have a plan? Marc Draisen says yes.

If your city is called the Hub of the Universe, then you must be living in Boston. I suppose that makes its surrounding region a solar system. It would be nice to know if this hub and solar system operates by a plan? An urban plan. To answer this question, we ask Marc Draisen, the former head of the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, the regional planning agency for the Boston metro region.
