Does the Hub of the Universe have a plan? Marc Draisen says yes.

If your city is called the Hub of the Universe, then you must be living in Boston. I suppose that makes its surrounding region a solar system. It would be nice to know if this hub and solar system operates by a plan? An urban plan. To answer this question, we ask Marc Draisen, the former head of the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, the regional planning agency for the Boston metro region. After more than 22 years at the helm, he has lots to say about this region works, and how it doesn't work, and what are some the key issues we all face, from housing affordability to job creation and equity to the region's response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
